Springtime 2009 saw Roine Stolt release a brand new album "The Fading
Ghosts Of Twilight" - by the new project called AGENTS OF MERCY.
The album is a nice LTD edition Digipack with 77 minutes of brand new
music. (77 minutes…sound familiar? )
Agents Of Mercy is a project spawned from a collaboration between
Roine Stolt and singer Nad Sylvan (Unifaun)
and their common love of late 60's and early 70's prog .
3 drummers friends tracked drums for the 12 tracks, Pat Mastelotto
(King Crimson, XTC, Stickmen, Tuner etc.) Zoltan Csörsz (TFK,
Karmakanic)
and Jimmy Keegan (Santana, Spocks Beard Live) the eccentric Biggo
Zelfries (Walrus Farm) did most of the piano and analogue keyboards and
TFK bassist Jonas Reingold add some fretless bass spice too.
Prog that resembles anything from 70's Genesis, Procol Harum, ELO,
King Crimson to Psych era Beatles and of course FlowerKings.
